2. About Hunterjobwork
Hunterjobwork is an online platform that connects Employers with Workers for different types of online tasks and opportunities.
Hunterjobwork provides the platform and related services but does not guarantee the result, quality, accuracy, or outcome of every task posted or completed by users.
3. User Accounts
Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account.
Each person should maintain their own account and must not knowingly create or operate multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing the platform, avoiding restrictions, manipulating rewards, or gaining an unfair advantage.
Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure and are responsible for activity performed through their account.
4. Employer Responsibilities
Employers are responsible for providing clear, accurate, and achievable task instructions before publishing a job.
Employers must clearly state the required work, completion requirements, proof requirements, payment amount, and other important conditions related to the task.
Employers must not create tasks that require Workers to perform illegal, fraudulent, harmful, misleading, or prohibited activities.
Employers are responsible for reviewing submitted work fairly and should not reject valid work without a reasonable basis.
5. Worker Responsibilities
Workers are responsible for carefully reading the complete task instructions before accepting or completing a job.
Workers must complete tasks honestly and according to the requirements provided by the Employer.
Workers must submit genuine and relevant proof when proof is required. False, edited, misleading, copied, or unrelated proof may result in the submission being rejected or further action being taken.
Workers should not submit the same work as proof for multiple tasks when such activity is not permitted by the task instructions.
6. Job Approval and Rejection
Employers may review submitted work and approve or reject it according to the requirements stated in the job.
A Worker may report a rejection when they believe the submitted work satisfied the stated requirements.
Hunterjobwork may review reported cases where necessary and may take an appropriate decision based on the available information.
7. Payments and Earnings
Payments, earnings, deposits, withdrawals, and other financial activities are subject to the applicable rules and procedures of Hunterjobwork.
A Worker becomes eligible for task earnings only when the relevant task is approved according to the platform's applicable process.
Hunterjobwork may delay, review, or restrict a transaction when necessary for security checks, dispute handling, fraud prevention, or other legitimate platform purposes.
8. Cancellation and Refunds
If an Employer cancels a job or a refund becomes applicable, the refund will be handled according to the circumstances of the case and the applicable platform procedures.
If work has already been completed and approved, the corresponding amount may not be refundable in the same manner as an unused job balance.
Any applicable payment processing charges or transaction-related costs may be considered when determining the final refundable amount.
Hunterjobwork may review individual cancellation or refund requests to determine the appropriate outcome.
9. Prohibited Activities
Users must not use Hunterjobwork for illegal, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, or harmful activities.
The following activities are prohibited:
- Fraud or attempted fraud
- Creating fake or misleading tasks
- Submitting false or manipulated proof
- Abusing referral or promotional systems
- Attempting to manipulate payments or earnings
- Using the platform to distribute harmful or illegal content
- Attempting to interfere with or compromise platform security
- Using another person's account without permission
- Any activity that violates applicable laws or platform policies
10. Referral Program
Users participating in the referral program must follow the applicable Referral Policy and must not use fake accounts, self-referrals, misleading promotions, or other methods intended to manipulate referral rewards.
Hunterjobwork may cancel referral rewards or take appropriate action when referral activity appears to violate the applicable rules.
11. Offer Wall
Offer Wall activities may be subject to separate Offer Wall rules and requirements.
Users must complete Offer Wall offers honestly and according to the requirements provided by the relevant offer provider.
Rewards may be subject to verification by the relevant offer provider. Hunterjobwork may not be responsible for delays, reversals, disqualifications, or decisions made by third-party offer providers.
12. Content and User Submissions
Users are responsible for the content, information, images, proofs, or other materials they submit through Hunterjobwork.
Users must have the necessary rights or permission to submit such content and must not knowingly submit content that violates another person's rights or applicable laws.
Hunterjobwork may remove or restrict content that violates our policies or creates a security, legal, or operational concern.
13. Account Suspension or Termination
Hunterjobwork may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account when there is a reasonable basis to believe that the user has violated these Terms, misused the platform, engaged in fraudulent activity, or created a security or operational risk.

15. Platform Availability

16. Limitation of Responsibility
