Referral Program
HunterJobWork provides a Referral Program that allows eligible users to invite new users to join and use the platform through their unique referral link or referral code. The purpose of this program is to encourage genuine users to introduce HunterJobWork to others.
1. Referral Eligibility
A referral must be a new and genuine user who has not previously registered or maintained an account with HunterJobWork. The referred user must register through the applicable referral link or referral code and satisfy any requirements specified by HunterJobWork.
2. Referral Reward
Eligible users may receive a referral reward when a referred user successfully completes the requirements of the Referral Program. The amount, eligibility requirements, and applicable conditions of any referral reward may be determined and changed by HunterJobWork from time to time.
3. Referral Attribution
A referral will generally be attributed according to the referral information recorded by the HunterJobWork system at the time of registration. If a referral is not properly recorded, HunterJobWork may be unable to recognize the referral or provide the applicable reward.
4. Self-Referral
Self-referrals are strictly prohibited. Users may not create or use multiple accounts, or use another person's account or referral information, for the purpose of generating referral rewards for themselves.
5. Invalid or Fraudulent Referrals
Referrals must be genuine and must represent real users. Fake accounts, duplicate accounts, misleading information, automated registrations, manipulated activity, or any other activity intended to improperly obtain referral rewards is prohibited.
6. Referral Verification
HunterJobWork may review and verify referrals before a reward is credited. A referral may be considered ineligible if it does not meet the applicable requirements or if there are reasonable grounds to believe that the referral was generated through misuse, fraud, manipulation, or violation of this policy.
7. Prohibited Referral Activities
Users must not use spam, misleading advertising, impersonation, false claims, unauthorized promotional methods, or any other activity that may negatively affect other users or the reputation of HunterJobWork while promoting their referral link or code.
8. Referral Reward Cancellation
HunterJobWork reserves the right to cancel, withhold, reverse, or adjust a referral reward if the related referral is later determined to be invalid, fraudulent, duplicated, or otherwise in violation of this Referral Policy or other applicable platform policies.
9. Multiple Referral Claims
A referred user may generally be associated with only one referral source. Where multiple users claim the same referral, HunterJobWork may determine the applicable referral based on the referral information recorded by the platform.
10. Abuse of the Referral Program
Any attempt to exploit or manipulate the Referral Program, including creating accounts for referral purposes, artificially generating referrals, or otherwise obtaining rewards through dishonest methods, may result in the loss of referral benefits and may lead to further action under HunterJobWork's Terms and Conditions.
11. Referral Program Changes
HunterJobWork reserves the right to modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue the Referral Program, including its reward structure and eligibility requirements, when necessary. Any applicable changes may be reflected in the Referral Program or related platform information.
12. Compliance with Other Policies
Participation in the Referral Program is subject to HunterJobWork's Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and other applicable platform policies. Users are responsible for ensuring that their referral activities comply with these policies.
13. Final Decision
HunterJobWork reserves the right to make the final determination regarding the validity of a referral and the eligibility of any referral reward based on the information and records available to the platform.
By participating in the Referral Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Referral Policy and the applicable HunterJobWork policies.
